Catherwood achieved serious TV face time this year subbing for Regis Philbin and gyrating on "Dancing with the Stars," but he's still best known for the advice show he co-hosts with addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky. Catherwood, 32, met the good doctor when he was a 20-year-old aspiring punk-rock star detoxing at the Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, Calif., after abusing everything from crack cocaine, LSD and ecstasy, to meth and alcohol.
